Our Team

Aimee Neiman

– Team Leader
For Aimee, real estate is more than a career—it’s a passion and a family legacy as a third-generation professional. Known for her communication, transparency, and client-first approach, she ranks in the top 20% at her company and has been featured in multiple real estate publications, podcasts, and seminars.
In 2023, she launched The Aimee Neiman Team, a group of driven agents who share her values and commitment to exceptional service. Aimee also serves in a leadership role with the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network and continually furthers her expertise through real estate conferences.
Beyond real estate, she enjoys traveling, painting, reading, volunteering with animals, and spending time with family. She looks forward to the opportunity to connect and help with your real estate journey.

Kristen Fischer

– Agent
Kristen has always loved looking at properties & meeting with and getting to know new people. She combined the side of her that enjoys helping people with her love of real estate & found the perfect career!  Fun facts about Kristen are she is an RN & has a MBA, & also she loves to volunteer.  She enjoys spending outdoors time with her family like boating, wake boarding, fishing, & swimming. She also loves to go on trips with her kids.

Ariyon Robinson

Originally studying business at CSU, Ariyon’s curiosity about the vast opportunities in real estate sparked a shift in career focus, leading to a rewarding path in the industry and a skill set that ensures a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.

Nicole Taylor

– Licensed Administrative Assistant
Nicole began working with Aimee in 2022. Soon after, she got her real estate license so she could better assist Aimee. Nicole enjoys working behind the scenes to help things run more smoothly for the team. At home, she loves using her various talents to take the best care of her husband, 2 children, & 2 dogs. Her hobbies include staying active, organizing & making her home run efficiently, and hanging out with her friends.
